The property spans three stories, with a well-equipped kitchen-diner on the ground floor, a spacious living area with a fireplace, books, board games, and a Smart TV on the same level. The first floor features a master bedroom with a double and single bed, as well as another double bedroom, both with en-suite showers. The second floor offers two more double bedrooms, each with en-suite showers, and a large landing with a unique semi-circle window.

Outside, there is free parking for up to four cars in a gated gravel area at the rear of the property. A private garden with outdoor seating is also available for guests to enjoy. Managed by a professional co-host, the property is professionally cleaned between stays, and remote self check-in allows for flexibility with arrival times. Guests have access to the entire property, with 24/7 guest support available if needed.

Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Guests are reminded not to check in early without permission or check out late to avoid disrupting the cleaning schedule. Lost keys will incur a £100 charge, and pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises.
