The open plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy sitting area with a woodburner-effect electric fire.

Outside, guests can enjoy a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as plenty of secure parking and bike storage. Electric convector wall heaters, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, and WiFi are all provided for guests' convenience. Bed linen, towels, fuel, and power are included in the rent. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and there is no smoking allowed on the property. The lodge is just a 15-minute walk from the nearest shop, pub, and restaurant.
