Situated near the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this red brick barn has been converted into a cosy and comfortable accommodation that sleeps four guests. The cottage is part of the Oosland Barns holiday lets, set in a gravel courtyard on a working arable farm just half a mile from the River Avon and Bidford-on-Avon village.
Originally purchased by the owner's family in the 1960s, the barns were converted from grain stores into holiday lets in 2012, with the full transformation completed in 2015. The interior of The Granary features a tasteful country-cottage style, with a fully equipped kitchen-dining area, a separate living room with a log burner, and two bright and spacious bedrooms (one double, one twin) upstairs. The property is decorated in a neutral palette with pops of red and exposed barn timbers in the bedrooms and bathroom.
The ground floor of the cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area with a large circular table, and a cosy living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom with a full-size bath and over-bath shower. Outside, there is a small fenced garden with a lawn, patio, and seating, overlooking the farmyard and surrounding farmland. The garden is dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to explore the surrounding farm lands with their pets.
