This red brick barn has been converted from a combine harvester shed into a comfortable accommodation that sleeps four guests. Situated on a working arable farm, just half a mile from the River Avon and the village of Bidford-upon-Avon, the cottage is part of the Oosland Barns holiday lets. The barns were purchased by the owner's family in the 1960s and were converted into holiday lets in 2015.
Inside, the cottage features a neutral, country-cottage style decor and can accommodate four guests comfortably. The open-plan kitchen-dining-living area is spacious and welcoming, with a log burner providing a cozy atmosphere. There are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a family bathroom, all on one floor, making it ideal for guests with limited mobility. The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and smart TV.
The main bedroom overlooks the rear garden and features a standard double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom includes a full-size bath with a shower over, a toilet, and a basin with a vanity unit. Outside, there is a large fenced garden with a lawn, patio, and picnic table, offering views of the surrounding farmland. Guests with dogs are welcome, and there is parking for two cars beside the cottage. A charcoal BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking.
