This beautiful detached Cotswold stone barn is truly secluded, set in the huge grounds of a 16th century gamekeeper's cottage that offers a genuinely peaceful escape. Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, it's the ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

On the ground floor you'll find a comfortable sitting room that's cosy and welcoming, where a Sky TV and video and DVD player are waiting to entertain you. The large windows ensure you'll still feel part of your countryside surroundings while relaxing here. In the kitchen, equipment includes an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer, as well as a small breakfast table. For larger sit-down meals, head through to the delightful dining room, with a table and seating for four. For your convenience this floor also has a cloakroom with a WC and washbasin.

Up on the first floor are the two bedrooms of the property. The master bedroom has a 5' king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom where there's a bath and shower. The other double bedroom has a 4'6" double bed, also with an en-suite bathroom (no shower).

The outside areas of this property are where it truly shines. Set in 50 acres of scenic private grounds, it's a truly secluded escape to the countryside. Explore this beautiful area, which includes an area of woodland and a babbling stream, or simply sit out in the garden where, from the patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, you can drink in the unspoilt vistas surrounding you.

This accommodation sits on a hillside a mile above the beautiful village of Broadway, a classic Cotswold settlement with honey-coloured buildings which is surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
