This special property sleeps two people and is open plan, featuring a king-size double bed, kitchen area, dining area, and sitting area with a gas fire. Guests can also enjoy a shower room with a luxury walk-in rain shower, basin, and WC. The property includes a veranda for relaxation, a private hot tub, two-person sauna, furniture, and a chiminea with fuel provided. Off-road parking for two cars is available, but driving along the track to the yurt may not be possible in bad weather.

Amenities at the Island Yurt include heating from an electric log effect fire, a combination microwave/oven, induction hob, fridge, and dishwasher. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Guests can make use of a rowing boat at their own risk and enjoy a projector with a DVD player and roll-down screen. The property is pet-friendly, allowing one well-behaved dog, and offers on-site fishing for large Carp, Roach, Rudd, and Perch. The cottage does not have a TV and only accepts weekly bookings, with a minimum stay of 7 nights from Friday to Friday.
