The Barn, converted in 2020 from a 17th-century farm building, offers a luxurious stay in a unique setting perfect for exploring Wiltshire. Situated at the foot of the Wessex Downs near the Kennet and Avon Canal, it is a short drive from Devizes and within reach of Avebury, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Bath, and the M4.
Upon entering The Barn, guests are welcomed by a spacious open-plan living area with a contemporary kitchen, dining table for 6, and a bright lounge with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The lounge features a log burner and double patio doors leading to a terrace for outdoor dining. The ground floor includes a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to the garden, as well as a cloakroom with a shower cubicle.
On the first floor, there are two additional double bedrooms with luxurious linens and towels provided. The main bathroom includes a full-size bath and separate shower cubicle. Guests can enjoy on-site amenities such as a tennis court, paddocks, and a copse for walking or picnicking. The property also features a Shepherds Hut for guests to explore.
