The property features an open fire and is approached down a wooded driveway, offering fantastic views over the Avon Valley. Despite its secluded location, it is only 5 miles from Bath and less than a mile from the village of Batheaston.
The cottage has a lovely private garden and patio with a Summer House, lawn, and garden seating. The living area is open-plan and features a woodburner stove, smart TV, and French windows leading out to the garden. The farmhouse-style kitchen is fully equipped with a red Aga oven, electric oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The master bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and full-size bath.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and a family shower room. Bedroom Two has a king-size bed and exposed stone wall, while Bedroom Three is a twin room with a unique Juliet balcony overlooking the living area. Outside, the garden offers a tranquil space with garden furniture, a picnic table, and a bistro table. Guests can also use the all-weather tennis court by arrangement with the owner.
