Situated between Chippenham and Lacock, the barn is close to the Georgian Spa town of Bath and offers easy access to a wealth of history and heritage sites such as Avebury, Silbury Hill, and West Kennett Long Barrow. Visitors can explore the National Trust village of Lacock and its historic houses and gardens, including the famous Stourhead Gardens. Additionally, Wiltshire offers attractions like Longleat Safari Park, The Great Worcester Maize Maze, Butterfly World, and Castle Combe Circuit, along with various outdoor activities like walking, cycling, fishing, and horse riding trails.

The barn features an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner that is well-furnished and equipped for comfort. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, while the dining area is perfect for enjoying meals. Guests can relax in the lounge area with comfortable sofas and a TV for entertainment. The main bathroom has a shower over bath and WC, and there are two bedrooms to choose from - one with a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin) and an additional sofa bed, and the other with a super king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside, there is a pretty shingle terrace with garden furniture for al fresco dining or stargazing. The peaceful gardens offer views of wildlife and a lovely pond with extra seating, ideal for relaxation. Off-road parking for two cars is available next to the property, making it convenient for guests with vehicles. Overall, this converted barn provides a comfortable and picturesque retreat in the heart of Wiltshire, offering a peaceful escape with easy access to various attractions and activities in the surrounding area.
