The School Rooms Estate in Box, Wiltshire, is a luxurious accommodation option that sleeps up to 20 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Located in the South of England near the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this estate is the perfect place for families and groups to relax by the swimming pool or explore the nearby attractions, including the World Heritage city of Bath just 6 miles away. The main apartment is on the ground floor of a Georgian family residence and includes two self-contained lodges. Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

Upon entering The School Rooms, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with marble flooring, a large range cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine. The open-plan lounge and dining room features traditional elements, three comfortable sofas (which can also be used as sofa beds), a large dining table, flat screen TV, sound system, pool table, blackboard, and board games. The sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms in the main apartment and 3 sofa beds, as well as two separate lodges that each sleep 4 guests.

Outside, there is an alfresco dining area perfect for BBQs and afternoon tea, as well as a heated swimming pool, premium hot tub, and Mediterranean-style terrace for exclusive use by guests. The swimming pool is open from March to November, while the hot tub is available year-round. Although there is no lawn on the property, guests can enjoy the nearby recreation ground just a minute's walk away, which offers open space, football goals, tennis, basketball, a river, and two parks for children. The location in Corsham provides easy access to cultural attractions, shopping, and outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, horse riding, and hiking/biking trails.
