The ground floor of Overtown Manor features three large reception rooms, a well-equipped farmhouse kitchen with a four-door Aga, and a cellar with additional fridge and freezer space. Guests can relax in the drawing room by the log fire, watch television in the sitting room, or work in the well-lit dining room with good Wifi. A laundry room/drying room is also available for guest use.

The bedrooms at Overtown Manor offer lovely views of the garden and stables, with various layouts including ensuite bathrooms and options for double, twin, or super king beds. Outside, guests can enjoy a large garden, vegetable garden, table tennis table, croquet, and a swimming pool open from mid-May to September. Additional amenities include televisions in the bedrooms, hairdryers, toiletries, and the option for twin beds in four rooms.

Guests will have access to private off-road parking at the front of the house, while the owners live at the back with their own access, garden, and parking. Dogs over twelve months old are welcome for an additional fee, and guests may encounter horses, free-range chickens, and the farm cat, Borris.
