The Cowshed is a luxurious barn conversion located in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire, perfect for large groups as it sleeps up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. The property features a secluded outdoor hot tub, stunning design features, and ample space to relax. It is an ideal base for exploring the local countryside with numerous walks and pretty villages nearby. The barn has been renovated to a high standard while retaining period features, including a high spec open plan kitchen and dining area with beautiful countryside views.

The ground floor of the property includes a spacious living room with comfy sofas, a snug with additional seating, and a well-equipped kitchen with an island and stools for casual dining. There is also a magnificent dining table that seats twelve, a utility room with laundry facilities, and a separate WC. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with super king size zip-link beds that can be made into twins, all with en-suite walk-in shower rooms. Two additional super king size zip-link beds are located on the next floor, ideal for children, with en-suites containing a shower over bath. The property is child-friendly and comes with a travel cot and stair gates upon request.

Guests have access to the entire house, with parking for 3-4 vehicles on the private driveway. The barn features a biomass heating system that uses wood pellets, chips, or logs to power the central heating and hot water boiler, as well as underfloor heating on the ground floor. Strict house rules include no smoking on the premises or grounds, and no parties or events are allowed. Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value, with the balance due 60 days before travel. An Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 is also required, refundable after the stay. If travel restrictions prevent guests from traveling, a full refund may be arranged with the property owner.
