The 2017 New Model caravan features 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), a shower and toilet room with a separate toilet, double glazed windows, and heating in all rooms. Amenities include a fridge, microwave, cooker, Smart TV, DVD player, and WiFi (intermittent connection). Guests can enjoy provided entertainment such as buckets and spades, board games, cards, bats and balls, as well as a games console with some games. Outside, there is a charcoal and gas BBQ, along with an outdoor table, parasol, and chairs for six people.

For access to Haven facilities like restaurants, bars, pools, playgrounds, and more, guests can purchase a 'fun' pass at reception for an additional charge. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Haven is limiting the number of passes available, so availability during your stay is not guaranteed.
