The holiday home is fully equipped for a self-catering vacation, featuring two double beds, one sofa bed, and two single beds. Positioned near the entrance and on the edge of the site with nearby parking, it is conveniently located near another property: 17H. The property includes ramped double decking leading up to the entrance, two TVs, a washer dryer, and a shower cubicle. Duvets and pillows are provided, and additional extras such as bed linen, towel sets, high chair, travel cot, and after-let clean services are available for a fee.
Check-in is from 4/5 pm, and check-out is by 10 am, with no late check-outs permitted. If unable to make the check-in window, arrangements can be made for key pick-up via a key safe for a small charge. Pets are allowed, but smoking is not permitted on the premises. Guests arriving on a Sunday when the office is closed should arrange a time for the office to open or set up a key safe, while those departing on a Wednesday or Sunday when the office is closed should return keys by 10:30 am. Key collection is from the office in Bracklesham between 4 and 5 pm, with key safes available for after-hours pick-up. The combination for the safe is the last 4 digits of the booking reference. Keys must be returned by 10:30 am to the office in Bracklesham.
