The yurt features natural light from oak stable doors and picture windows, providing a connection to the surrounding nature. Inside, there is a luxurious double bed, optional single beds, fresh linen, and a wood-burning stove for warmth and comfort. The outdoor deck includes a fully-equipped camp kitchen with a gas stove, barbecue, washstand, and fresh water tap, creating the perfect setting for alfresco meals.

Guests can also enjoy a private en-suite bathroom hut with a flushing toilet, Victorian sink, towels, and a large walk-in shower. The surrounding area of Lower Lodge Farm offers 3,000 acres of rolling fields, ancient woodland, ponds, and brooks. Guests can explore woodland walks, streams, and the ruins of an iron forge, as well as the privately owned 12th century Shulbrede Priory.

Onsite parking is available, and guests can hire bicycles to explore the pubs and countryside beyond walking distance. The property is located on a working family farm, so guests are encouraged to respect the Country Code and be aware of the nearby pond if traveling with children. Additionally, the hosts offer various amenities such as a travel cot, extra wood for the stove, and a dinner "Room Service" option from a local restaurant.
