The studio features a comfy king-size double bed that can be arranged as two singles, a scrumptious bedroom area with a TV, hanging/drawers, cupboards, an open-plan sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchenette space. There is also a coat cupboard, patio doors leading to a small private garden area with chairs and a table, as well as an electrical skylight for night-time fresh air. The studio includes a small plush sofa velvet bed, a Calcutta marble shower room, dimmable lighting throughout, and additional storage drawers and extra blankets.

Guests can enjoy coffee and tea, as well as hand wash, shampoo, and shower wash provided. A Prosecco fridge and breakfast pack can be arranged upon request. Guests are required to message the owner to arrange a PayPal invoice and transfer a fully refundable security deposit at least 4 days prior to arrival.
