The suite is part of an iconic white stucco-fronted Regency villa, centrally located in one of Brighton's most beautiful garden squares. Guests will enjoy the convenience of being in close proximity to Brighton's best shops, nightlife, and dining options, including the world-famous Regency Restaurant and a variety of global cuisine on Preston Street. The suite itself boasts high ceilings, an antique wooden four-poster bed, a shower room, and a small kitchenette area with a kettle, microwave, and fridge for breakfasts and snacks.

Guests will have exclusive use of the suite, which can be accessed through a shared front door with neighboring suites in the building. Amenities provided include fresh white bedding and towels, as well as complimentary tea/coffee, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. It is important to note that check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 10am, with charges applicable for early check-in or late check-out. Additionally, noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm-9am, and no parties, events, smoking, or pets are allowed on the property.
