Located in the heart of England in Stratford-upon-Avon, this luxury vacation home sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The property features an open fire and is fully heated, ensuring a cozy stay. The lounge is modern and light-filled, with a flat screen TV and access to a deck overlooking the River Avon. The dining area offers magnificent views of the river and meadow, making it a bird watchers' paradise with sightings of Kingfishers, Herons, and Goldfinches.

The master bedroom boasts a double bed, fitted wardrobe, and en-suite with a shower cubicle, while the second bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. The main bathroom is modern and well-fitted with a bath and shower. The fully appointed open plan kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Outside, there is a south-facing deck with furniture for outdoor dining, as well as a grassy area leading down to the river and parking for 2 cars.

Guests can enjoy a river taxi ride from Easter to the end of October, departing from the opposite side of the river and taking them to the Marina in the center of Stratford town. Bookings are made with the owners, Rob and Denny, who provide assistance and a range of leaflets and maps to help plan visits to local attractions. The peaceful riverside location of Bend in the River Lodge is a favorite among visitors, with Stratford's attractions less than a mile away and the Cotswolds nearby. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy fishing, cycling, mountain biking, and hiking in the surrounding area.
