This converted Cotswold stone barn offers rustic ground-floor accommodation for four guests. It's hard to resist the charm of this place if you're looking for a tranquil escape in the countryside, with its picture-perfect location in the village of Ilmington, walking routes through the Ilmington Downs right on your doorstep.

Relaxation in the Cider Press is done in the cosy sitting room where a woodburning stove grants a rustic ambience, accompanied by a TV, video player, DVD player, and CD player for entertainment. The dining kitchen with its underfloor heating is great if you're looking to whip up something delicious, with an electric hob and oven and a fridge/freezer, as well as a handy dishwasher and washer/dryer. There's also a dining table in here, perfect for sit-down meals.

The comfortable bedrooms consist of a double bedroom with 5' king-size bed and en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with two 3' singles and en-suite bathroom.

At the back of the Cider Press is a private gravelled garden including a patio area complete with garden furniture, as well as a pretty stream.

Two traditional country pubs are close by in Ilmington, as is the handy village shop. A little further afield is the beautiful village of Broadway, seen by many as the quintessential Cotswold settlement with its honey-coloured stone houses.
