This semi-detached holiday cottage is believed to have once served as the village school, but has now been refurbished into an attractive accommodation for four guests, perfect for a family break or a getaway with friends.

The bright and welcoming sitting room contains a Freeview TV, a DVD player and a digital radio with CD player, with a woodburning stove to warm up the room and give it a cosy atmosphere. In the open plan kitchen and dining room, facilities include a range cooker, a microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

Up on the first floor you'll find the master bedroom with a 5' king-size bed and the twin bedroom with two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath which includes both a rain shower and a handheld attachment.

Outside is a large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, sunbeds and a barbecue, as well as relaxing views of nearby orchards.

This property is based in the tranquil village of Dorsington, in an area bordering the North Cotswolds and South Warwickshire. This makes it a perfect place for discovering both the natural beauty of the Cotswolds and the rich heritage of Shakespeare Country. The village of Welford-on-Avon close by is home to The Bell, an establishment voted Warwickshire Dining Pub of the Year.
