The ground floor of Windy Ridge includes an entrance hallway, boot room, kitchen, dining room, utility room, shower room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds, while the second bedroom features a king-size bed. The lounge and sunroom provide comfortable spaces for relaxation, with access to the garden. The first floor includes a dormer bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Entertainment amenities such as TV, DVD player, CD player, and books/games are available for guests.

Outside, the property offers a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, and seating areas, as well as garden furniture for enjoying the sea views. Families with young children can request a travel cot and high chair. Windy Ridge is a pet-friendly property, allowing for up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee. Guests will need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. The property is non-smoking, with a changeover day on Fridays. Bed linen, towels, WiFi, and a telephone with incoming calls are provided. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed upon receipt of full payment.
