The property features a private rear garden and is less than half a mile from the stunning Oxwich Bay. The spacious living areas are tastefully decorated with coastal and classic themes, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the AONB. Just a 5-minute walk from the coast, guests can enjoy the beach, sand dunes, and nearby attractions such as The Salt House ruins and The Beach House Restaurant, a Michelin Star and Great British Menu finalist.

The cottage offers 2 super king bedrooms, one with an en suite, and a twin bedroom, along with a family bathroom. The recently refurbished open plan kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a built-in oven/grill, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and induction hob. Entertainment amenities include a Smart TV and WiFi, while families with young children can request a travel cot, highchair, stairgate, child's potty, stool, and toilet seat. Outside, there is off-road parking for 3 cars, a front lawn and patio, and a private rear garden with a washing line and patio furniture.

Guests can bring up to 2 dogs to the property, and amenities such as WiFi, bed linen, towels, heating, and electricity are included in the rental. A starter pack of logs, firelighters, and matches is provided for the wood burner. Additionally, guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
