The ground floor houses the master bedroom with a king size bed, as well as two additional bedrooms with twin beds and bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle, as well as a separate WC.

Entertainment amenities at High Kiln Bank include a 50" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Now TV, as well as a DVD player and CD player. Outside, guests can enjoy the large garden with deck area and lawns, as well as the first floor balcony with wicker furniture.
