The contemporary chalet features a well-equipped kitchen/living area, two stylish bedrooms, and a modern shower room. Guests can enjoy the front-facing patio with views over Caswell Bay valley and the added bonus of an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes after a day at the nearby beach.

Caswell's golden sandy beach is just a 2-minute stroll from the chalet park, popular with surfers, walkers, and beach-lovers year-round. Nearby activities include golf at Langland Bay Golf Club, walks along the Wales Coastal Path, dining at Langland Brasserie, and shopping in Mumbles' independent boutiques. Bishops Wood nature reserve and the charming village of Bishopston are also within walking distance from the chalet.

The chalet includes amenities such as smart TVs, Wi-Fi, central heating, and electricity. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, and sugar is provided upon arrival. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with additional charges, and on-site driveway parking is available for up to 2 cars. Guests can request a travel cot and high chair for families, and outside, there is a front-facing patio with seating, outdoor mood lighting, and an exterior shower. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.
