Just a 2-minute walk away is Caswell Bay, a popular beach for locals and visitors with wall-to-wall sunshine and a large range of tides for paddling or surfing. Sea Breeze provides the perfect base to explore the hustle and bustle of Mumbles and venture west to the surrounding award-winning Gower Peninsula.
The chalet sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, with a double bed and full-size bunk bed. The ground floor includes an open plan kitchen/living area, a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom, and a shower room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, under-counter fridge with icebox, and a microwave. Entertainment options include a Smart TV, and on-site Wi-Fi is available. Families can request a travel cot and high chair, but should bring their own cot linen.
Outside, there is a front-facing patio area overlooking Caswell Bay valley with grey rattan corner furniture and a dining table with a grey parasol and cushions. There is also a lawned area with established foliage screening, outdoor mood lighting, and an exterior shower. Access to the chalet is via a steep slope and steps, with no disabled access available. Central heating and electricity are included, along with bed linen, towels, and 2 hairdryers. A welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and guests are asked to bring their own dog bed. Parking is available on-site close to the property.
