The chalet is conveniently located between the coastal village of Langland and Mumbles, with coastal footpaths leading to Rotherslade and Langland Bay. These areas are popular for activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, and surfing. Nearby beaches such as Bracelet Bay and Limeslade Bay are perfect for rockpooling. Guests can also enjoy dining with a view at the Castellamare Italian Restaurant or indulging in ice cream at Fortes ice cream parlour overlooking the water.

The accommodation includes a lounge/dining room with a Smart TV and DVD player, a kitchen equipped with essential appliances, and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and pull-out underneath.
