The property overlooks the common and is in a prime location to explore the popular seaside town. With large windows and period features, the house offers a luxurious stay. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in Southwold, including crazy golf, restaurants, dog-friendly pubs, a brewery, and a distillery.

The house features 4 bedrooms, including a king bed, super king bed, and two single beds. There is also a sitting room, kitchen/diner, cloakroom, en-suite, and family bathroom. The property has gas central heating, an open fire, and standard amenities such as a kettle, toaster, and iron. Guests can also enjoy Wi-Fi and bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, there are front and rear gardens with seating, a charcoal BBQ, and mature lawned areas.

Pets are allowed at Forest Lodge by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £25 per pet per week. There is parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property, one off-road and one on-road space. Additionally, guests have the option to rent a beach hut for an additional charge from Easter onwards. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. The property is close to local landmarks such as St. Edmund's Church and St. Peter's Church, as well as activities like Valley Farm Vineyards and Beccles Lido.
