The house is ideally located at the end of the High Street, opposite the White Hart pub, and is just a short walk away from the beach. The ground floor features a cosy sitting room, an open-plan kitchen and dining space, and a sun room that leads to a courtyard garden.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed overlooking the courtyard garden, while the second bedroom has twin single beds and the third bedroom is a bunk room with 3' wide bunk beds. There is also a separate cloakroom and a family shower room with a rainfall shower. The enclosed courtyard garden is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the sun, and guests can also enjoy al fresco dining with a pizza cooked in the courtyard of the White Hart pub across the road.

Additional amenities include synthetic bedding, a cot, high chair, stair gate (available on request), and one well-behaved dog is welcome with a small additional charge. Nearby attractions include Aldeburgh Golf Club, Thorpeness Golf Club, Orford Ness National Nature Reserve, and Suffolk Coast and Heaths. Guests can also enjoy activities such as sailing, fishing, cycling, and exploring the surrounding natural beauty.
