The owners meticulously restored The Dairy in 2013, along with neighboring properties, creating a lovely holiday cottage with a contemporary open plan ground floor. The double height sitting room and full height windows provide stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The property also has its own private outdoor space with a decked area perfect for al fresco dining. Guests have the option to rent The Dairy separately or combine it with the adjoining Buttery and Parlour to accommodate up to 12 people, known collectively as Lodge Farm.

In addition to the cottage, guests have access to the owner's Shepherd's Hut for picnics or relaxation, a communal games room, utility room, and a tennis court. A massage therapist can even be booked for a luxurious treat in the Shepherd's Hut. The peaceful farm is located on a private track just four miles from Ipswich and is a short distance from The Suffolk Food Hall, where guests can purchase local produce and pre-order bespoke welcome packs. The property also offers underfloor heating, welcomes one well-behaved dog, and provides amenities such as a travel cot and highchair upon request.
