The two double bedrooms and twin room, located on the first floor mezzanine, are tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard, exuding charm and character. Guests can cozy up by the large brick fireplace in winter or relax in the beautiful gardens.

The property features a rose-covered terrace and landscaped garden with an astro-turf tennis court, which guests can use with owner permission. Additionally, guests are encouraged to explore the surrounding walks, cycling routes, and golf courses, including the nearby 36-hole Stoke-by-Nayland course. Tennis coaching, personal training, yoga, and wine tasting can be arranged through Suffolk Hideaways. Guests also receive discounts on green fees and spa treatments at the golf course.

For larger parties or family occasions, Court Barn can be booked alongside the adjacent Rose Barn, which accommodates four guests. One well-behaved dog is welcome for a small additional charge, and amenities such as a high chair and travel cot are available upon request. It is important to note that the pool is not available for guests staying at Court Barn.
