The cottage is surrounded by Suffolk's countryside and is within easy reach of beaches and unique towns, offering a lot to holidaymakers.

The cottage is pet-friendly, allowing for two dogs (not puppies) to stay, as long as they are not left unattended. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Luxuries include a DVD player, woodburner, and private hot tub available until 10.00 pm. The cottage has oil-fired central heating, a TV, and standard amenities such as a kettle, toaster, and iron. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, with shared washing machine and freezer available.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, dining room, and shared utility area. The outdoor space includes a paved terrace with furniture and a pond, a gas barbecue, and a hot tub in an all-weather oak barn. Ample parking is available on-site. The lead person in the party must be 21 or over, and children must be supervised around the pond at all times. Lawn games are provided, and cycle hire is available. An Accidental Damage Deposit may be required, and pets are allowed by prior arrangement with an additional charge.
