Inspired by J M Barrie's Peter Pan, this idyllic house is a perfect retreat for friends and family get-togethers. Just a short stroll from the beach and the Meare, it offers a great opportunity to create lasting memories with children. The farmhouse serves as a wonderful base for exploring the stunning coastline of Suffolk.

The open-plan ground floor of Alexander House provides a modern and light space for relaxation, dining, and entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen features a conventional aga range cooker, large American style fridge freezer, and dishwasher. French doors open to the garden with outdoor seating. The second sitting room includes a wood-burning stove and additional television. A ground floor twin bedroom and shower room are perfect for those who have difficulty with stairs.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms - one twin and one super-king room with an en-suite bathroom. A family bathroom is also available. The large enclosed garden is ideal for dogs and overlooks the practice range for Thorpeness Golf Club. Parking for up to five cars is provided. The picturesque seaside town of Aldeburgh is a short drive away or a lovely walk along the beach.

Additional information includes allowing one well-behaved dog with a small charge, welcoming infants (cot and high chair not provided), and noting the steep and winding staircase which cannot accommodate a stair gate.
