The property sleeps up to 5 people across 3 bedrooms and is just a short distance from the beach and local amenities, making it an ideal location for a seaside holiday for all ages.

The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting room/dining area, a kitchen, a sunroom, and a cloakroom. Luxuries such as Wi-Fi are provided, along with gas central heating and essential utilities like an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and freestanding freezer. Bed linen and towels are also included, and guests can enjoy the outdoor lawn area with garden furniture. Parking is available for two cars at the front of the property.

Guests are not permitted to bring pets or smoke on the premises. Short breaks are available, and guests may be required to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
