Built in 2012, this simply decorated cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests of all ages. The house features 3 bedrooms, with two rooms that can be set up as either double or twin rooms, and a third room as a single. Amenities include a Smart TV, free wifi, woodburner, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, as well as a ground floor cloak room. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request, and all bedding is provided except for the cot.
The cottage is situated on a shared drive with one other property and has an enclosed garden, making it a perfect retreat for families or groups looking to relax near the coast. Nearby attractions include the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering opportunities for water adventures like windsurfing and sailing, as well as hiking/biking trails and cycling. Guests are asked to bring their own bath towels, and the normal changeover day is Saturday, with arrival after 4pm and departure by 9am. If different arrangements are needed, guests can make a request.
