The Grade II listed holiday cottage in Woodbridge, Suffolk, sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and is located near the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage overlooks the river Deben on three sides, offering beautiful views of sailing boats and Sutton Hoo in the distance. The interior spans three storeys and has been renovated with modern detailing while reflecting its history as a former granary.

The ground floor features a hallway leading to the living room, a bedroom with a super king size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. The first floor includes a living room with views of the river, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The second floor bedroom also has a super king bed, ample storage space, and a shower room with a walk-in cubicle and modern amenities.

Outside, there is a gravelled area with seating to enjoy the views, although there is no allocated parking at the property. Dogs are not allowed due to covenant restrictions, and BBQs are also prohibited. While children are welcome and a travel cot is provided, the layout of the bedrooms may not be ideal for young children. Despite these restrictions, guests are encouraged to enjoy their stay and explore the nearby attractions such as Woodbridge Museum and Martlesham Heath Control Tower Museum.
