The main bedroom in Rose Barn offers stunning views of Constable's countryside, while the spacious living area downstairs is ideal for unwinding and spending quality time together. However, due to steep spiral staircases leading to the bedrooms, the property is not recommended for children under 8 years old or those with mobility issues. Guests can also enjoy access to an outdoor swimming pool from May to September, with the pool available for use on a non-exclusive basis for one hour each day.

In addition to the swimming pool, guests at Rose Barn can take advantage of the beautiful walks, cycle routes, and golf opportunities in the area. Personal training, yoga, tennis coaching, and wine tasting can be arranged by prior appointment. It is important to note that the swimming pool is unfenced, so guests with children are advised to supervise them closely while using the pool. The property owners do not accept responsibility for any damage or injuries incurred during the stay.

Rose Barn is located next to Court Barn, which sleeps six guests, making it possible to rent both properties for larger gatherings or family occasions. Pets are not allowed at Rose Barn, and children under 8 years old are also not permitted due to the property's layout and safety considerations.
