Located in the heart of Aldeburgh, Suffolk, this holiday cottage sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and is situated near the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage features an open fire, making it ideal for a traditional seaside holiday or a relaxing weekend break exploring the Suffolk Coast. The interiors are spacious, light, and airy with a restful color scheme throughout.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The living room is cozy with a wood burner, generous sofa, extra chairs, TV with DVD player, and a well-stocked bookcase. The bathroom is designed to maximize space and includes a bath with a hand-held shower, washbasin, WC, and heated towel rail.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The main suite has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, storage, and an en-suite shower room. The back bedroom offers a super king-size zip and link bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers, and a mirror. Outside, the fully enclosed courtyard garden provides a safe space for children to play and includes a wooden deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The cottage is conveniently located near the High Street and offers easy access to The Terrace for unrestricted parking. Guests can park outside the cottage for two hours during the day and unrestricted at night. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this vacation home. Nearby attractions include Orford Ness National Nature Reserve, RSPB Minsmere, and Easton Farm Park, making it a perfect base for exploring the natural beauty of the area.
