The property is adjacent to three farms, two of which sell organic produce, and is just a short distance from the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A half-hour walk or three-minute drive will take you to the local pub, while popular destinations like RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich, Southwold, and Aldeburgh are a short drive away, making it an ideal choice for walkers, bird watchers, and those looking to explore the Heritage Coast villages and towns.

The cottage boasts original beams and spacious, beautifully furnished rooms with modern décor, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The sitting room features ample seating, a wood-burning stove, a TV with a DVD player, and a small table and chairs. Additionally, there is a breakfast room with a dining table, a second sitting room with more seating and another TV, and a contemporary kitchen equipped with everything needed for meal preparation. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (a king and a double), a family bathroom, and a separate shower room.

Outside, a large lawned garden with a table and chairs allows guests to enjoy the surrounding wildlife and tranquility during warmer weather, with the added bonus of a garden tree house that children will love. The property is also available to accommodate up to seven guests with four bedrooms, as listed separately under Peak Hill Cottage. Additional amenities include an electric vehicle charging port operated via a guest's smartphone app, as well as the option to request a travel cot and highchair. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.
