The cottage is conveniently located for easy access to popular holiday destinations in Norfolk and Suffolk. Norwich, a medieval town with great shopping and historical sites, is just 17km away. Within a 45-minute drive, there are attractions such as Bury St Edmunds, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Southwold, Thetford, Ipswich, and the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The ground floor of the cottage features a living space with beams and a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, dining room, and a separate toilet and shower room.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has a double bed and leads to the second bedroom with two single beds. The rooms are separated by a dividing wall, making them suitable for two separate guests or a family of four. The cottage is cleaned thoroughly between stays, and all surfaces are disinfected. Myrtle Cottage, built in 1817, was originally farm worker's housing and is a timber-framed construction with heating from a wood-burning stove. The village of Dickleburgh has a local shop, pub, and chip shop, with larger towns nearby for food shopping.

The cottage retains its historic charm with low ceilings, exposed beams, and a cozy atmosphere. It is a Grade II listed property with a delightful front garden.
