One well-behaved dog is welcome, but must not be left unattended in the property or allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. The house features an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a covered games barn, a solar-warmed plunge pool, and lockable storage boxes.

The property includes luxurious amenities such as underfloor heating, a woodburner, HD TV, and WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Parking is available for 2 cars, with additional parking for dinghies or horseboxes upon request.

Guests can hire a hot tub from local companies for an additional charge, payable to the owners during the stay. There are a few barn cats on the property, so guests are advised not to allow them inside the properties or let children stroke them. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with an extra charge, and smoking is not permitted. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
