The sitting room features a wall of doors that open up to allow guests to soak up the birdsong and stunning views of the Martello tower, Aldeburgh Yacht Club, and church tower. The large, fully enclosed garden is accessible from the decked area, making it perfect for barbecues and four-legged friends. The large contemporary kitchen with dining space for all offers a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden.

The two bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and the other with a Super-King that can be split into twins, are located on the lower floor and each has its own bathroom. This setup makes Home Reach an ideal option for friends or families looking for a scenic coastal retreat together. Guests can enjoy a small sandy beach just 200 yards from the house on the river, or take a walk to Aldeburgh to explore the large shingle beach, shops, cafés, restaurants, and pubs in the area.
