The cottage features an open plan sitting and dining room, a kitchen, larder, cloakroom, bathroom, and two bedrooms with a double bed and twin bed.

Guests can enjoy the cozy log burning stove in the winter months and relax in the hot tub during the summer. The cottage also offers a TV with DVD player, WiFi, a hot tub, and a shared games barn with table tennis and table football. Outside, there is a paved terrace with table and chairs, a large communal garden, and private parking for two cars. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a travel cot and highchair.

Pets are allowed at Christmas Cottage by prior arrangement, with an additional charge of up to £25 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment. The vacation home is located in Saxmundham, close to attractions such as Saxmundham Museum, Long Shop Museum, Leiston Abbey, and Glemham Hall. RSPB Minsmere and Easton Farm Park are also nearby for guests to explore.
