Chantry Cottage

Blythburgh, Suffolk

4

Sleeping up to 4 guests, Chantry Cottage has a charmingly traditional ambience that you're sure to fall in love with. The location is unbeatable, in the appealing village of Blythburgh within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as being close to the RSPB's Minsmere natural reserve.

Here is the starting point for numerous walks along the coast or inland along the River Blyth to Wenhaston and Halesworth and is convenient for music lovers attending the Latitude Festival at Henham Hall and the Aldeburgh Festival.

Chantry Cottage is opposite the imposing Church in Blythburgh which dominates the surrounding countryside and estuary. The Church, sometimes called the Cathedral of the Marshes hosts a number of events and concerts throughout the year. There is a pub in the village, The White Hart a short walk from the Cottage.

The White Hart, just a few minutes walk from the cottage, serves home cooked meals.

Although there is a lot on offer in the local areas surrounding Chantry Cottage you will find a cozy, peaceful hideaway when you return at the end of the day to relax in the cottage.
