Ideal for romantic stays or quiet retreats for small families, this secluded flint cottage has its own private garden surrounded by woodland in the gardens of Butley Priory. The cottage is bright, spacious, meticulously updated, and maintained, making it a stunning accommodation option.

Adjacent to Butley Priory, the cottage is perfect for all seasons with large windows offering picturesque views. The cozy sitting room features an open log fire, comfortable seating, smart television, and a selection of books. The open plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with seating for up to six, including a Smeg fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Upstairs, there is a super-king (or twin option) bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a king bedroom with an en-suite shower room, providing a serene stay in a beautiful setting.

Guests can also enjoy full use of the South Garden, thatched summer house, and tennis court throughout their stay. One well-behaved dog is welcome with a small additional charge, and a refundable £300 security deposit is required for every booking. There are two other properties available to book on the grounds of the Priory for larger groups. It's important to note that the fires upstairs cannot be lit, and there is a large pond approximately 120 meters from the house in the woodland. An EV charger is available for guests to use, with payment through a downloadable app.
