Appletree Cottage is a beautifully restored 17th-century cottage located in Westleton, Suffolk, in the East of England. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and is situated near the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage features beamed ceilings, an inglenook fireplace, and original brick flooring, along with modern furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy views of the village green and easy access to the coast, local nature reserves, and beautiful countryside.
The cottage includes amenities such as oil central heating, a kettle, toaster, iron, ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living/dining room, a kitchen, and a utility room. The beds include a king-sized bed and a twin bed that can be combined to make a king if requested at the time of booking. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with Wi-Fi. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture, and flower beds, as well as roadside parking.
Pets are allowed at the property with prior arrangement, and there may be an extra charge of up to £25 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed at the cottage. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment. The area surrounding the cottage offers natural beauty, with attractions such as RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich Museum, Long Shop Museum, and Pier and Henstead Exotic Gardens located nearby.
