Located in Woodbridge, Suffolk, in the East of England, the Butley Abbey Farmhouse is a magnificent Georgian property that can accommodate up to 24 guests in its 12 bedrooms. The spacious interiors exude a regal ambience with cozy and inviting furnishings, overlooking a garden, tennis court, croquet lawn, meadow, and woods. The property is perfect for larger gatherings, offering a wow factor with its luxurious and well-maintained interiors that combine heritage with contemporary design.

The ground floor of the farmhouse features a fully-equipped kitchen, drawing room, sitting room, dining room, breakfast room, utility room, and laundry room, all designed for entertainment and celebration. The first floor houses six uniquely decorated bedrooms, each with its own bath or shower room, while the second floor has another six bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. The central stairway leads from the ground floor entrance to the upper floors, providing easy access to all areas of the property.

Guests can enjoy the patio terraced barbecue area, expansive lawned grounds, woods with a lake, tennis court, and croquet lawn within the Priory grounds. Additionally, there are plenty of activities and attractions in the surrounding area, including walks to Butley or Orford, foot ferry rides on the Butley river, and access to world-renowned restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shops in Woodbridge. The Suffolk Coast, with its sandy beaches, nature reserves, and tourist attractions, is also easily accessible from the property.

For smaller groups, there are two other properties available to book on the Priory grounds, including Butley Priory Cottage for 4 guests and Butley Priory for 11 guests. Butley Priory Farmhouse can also be booked as a Sleeps 12 option with 6 bedrooms. Additional information includes the requirement of a refundable £1000 security deposit, allowance for up to two well-behaved dogs with a small additional charge, and the availability of a highchair upon request. Guests are also advised to supervise children near the large pond in the woodland and can use an EV charger with payment through a downloadable app.
