The second sitting room features a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings.

The first floor of the house comprises five bedrooms, including twin, triple, super-king, and double rooms, some with en-suites and wash basins. The large rooms offer beautiful views of the surroundings. Outside, there is a spacious enclosed garden ideal for dogs, backing onto the Thorpeness Golf Club practice range. Parking is available for up to five cars. The nearby town of Aldeburgh is a short drive away, with the option of a scenic walk along the beach to reach it.

For smaller groups, there are options to book the property for 4 or 6 guests, with certain bedrooms locked off during quieter periods. Guests are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog for an additional charge, and infants can be accommodated with their own cot and high chair. Please note that the staircase is steep and winding, making it unsuitable for stair gates. It is also important to note that there is no starter pack or welcome hamper provided at this property.
