The farmhouse offers six bedrooms, each uniquely decorated and equipped with its own bath or shower room. The spacious interiors are elegantly furnished, providing a regal ambiance that is both inviting and cozy. The property overlooks a garden, tennis court, croquet lawn, meadow, and woods, offering a picturesque setting for larger gatherings.

The ground floor of the farmhouse features a fully-equipped kitchen, drawing room, sitting room, dining room, breakfast room, utility room, and laundry room. These spaces are designed for entertainment and celebration, with ample seating, tables, and window seats for guests to enjoy. The central stairway leads to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. Guests can relax and unwind in the patio terraced barbecue area, expansive lawned grounds, woods with a lake, tennis court, and croquet lawn without leaving the Priory grounds.

While there is plenty to do on-site, guests can also explore the surrounding area, including Butley, Orford, and Woodbridge. The Suffolk Coast, with its sandy beaches, nature reserves, and tourist attractions, is easily accessible. For larger groups, there are two additional properties available to book on the Priory grounds, including Butley Priory Cottage and Butley Priory. Butley Abbey Farmhouse can also be booked as a Sleeps 24 option, accommodating up to 24 guests with 12 bedrooms in total.

Guests are required to provide a refundable security deposit of £1000 for every booking. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge. Guests have full use of the South Garden, thatched summer house, and tennis court throughout their stay. It is important to note that the fires upstairs cannot be lit, and there is a large pond approximately 120 meters from the house in the woodland. An EV Charger is available for guests to use, with payment through a downloadable app. Overall, Butley Abbey Farmhouse offers a luxurious and memorable experience for guests of all ages and interests.
