Located in Dunblane, Scotland, this luxury modern cottage is a recent barn conversion that sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The cottage features fluffy cotton towels and luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, providing a comfortable stay in the gorgeous Scottish countryside. Pets are allowed, with one dog welcome in the lounge/kitchen/diner and sleeping in the hall. It is important to note that the cottages do not have a mains water supply or drainage, but instead use a private spring water supply that is fully filtered, UV-treated, and tested annually by the local authority.

Both the Barn and Stable Cottages can accommodate four guests, each offering a double and a twin room. One of the cottages has been recently refurbished while still maintaining its old country charm with an open fire and wooden beams. The second cottage was converted from Estate barns into a cosy space with modern facilities. The location in the Ochil hills provides a remote feel, yet it is only 4 miles away from the nearest town with pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets for convenience.
