Near Taddington, Staffordshire, in the Heart of England, Lower Farm is a charming five-bedroom farmhouse that can accommodate up to 9 guests. Situated in the hamlet of Brushfield, the farmhouse offers stunning views across the valley and is surrounded by picturesque walking trails such as the Monsal Trail, Cressbrook Dale, and the River Wye. The house features a hot tub, open fire, small enclosed lawn, cottage garden, stone terraces, and a trampoline for children.

The layout of Lower Farm is ideal for two families, with each double bedroom having its own bathroom and a bunk bedroom off its landing. The dining room can seat up to nine guests, but the living room sofas are designed for five or six people. While the house can accommodate nine guests, the ideal number is eight, with an additional fee for a ninth guest. The TV in the house only plays DVDs, but there is good WiFi and a selection of board games for entertainment.

In response to COVID-19, the housekeeping team at Lower Farm follows strict cleaning protocols based on industry standards and government guidance. There is a minimum of 48 hours between guest bookings to ensure the safety of both guests and staff.
